Dear Esteemed Colleagues, Distinguished Guests, and Friends,
On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is my distinct honour and immense pleasure to extend a warm welcome to the 4th National Conference on Emergency Medicine (AEMECON 2026), to be held in Kozhikode, Kerala.
We are delighted to host clinicians, researchers, nurses, paramedics, and healthcare administrators from across the nation and beyond, all united by a shared commitment to advancing patient care, education, and research in Emergency Medicine.
This year, we will gather under the inspiring theme “Translating Clinical Practice into Pedagogical Scholarship: Advancing Emergency Medicine Education ”. This theme highlights our collective responsibility to provide high-quality emergency care—timely, effective, and accessible—where and when it is most needed. The past few years have emphasized the critical role of Emergency Medicine as a cornerstone of the healthcare system, extending beyond its traditional image as merely reactive crisis service. This conference is designed to serve as a platform to improve clinical skills, share innovative ideas, and promote collaborations essential for building resilient emergency care systems. Over the coming days, all participants will have the opportunity to engage in a vibrant scientific programme featuring:
- Keynote lectures by national and international stalwarts
- Hands-on, high-impact workshops
- Thought-provoking paper and poster presentations
- Interactive panel discussions and networking opportunities
